It’s equipped with advanced safety features, screw-driven Ecosilent™ technology, and even built-in IoT connectivity, all packaged in a timeless, minimalistic Scandinavian design. With availability in 41 different sizes, Cibes Uno adapts to nearly every architectural condition.

The lift platform features a 7” display with a large floor indicator. Its semi-transparent mirror glass creates an elegant and futuristic look for a timeless home lift.
Safety Edges
The top safety edge is located behind the upper bar of the back panel and it will stop the lift instantly when touched.
Ergonomic handrail
A nice feature making a lot of sense for elderly or visually impaired is the button on the handrail. Always stay safe grabbing the handle while selecting the chosen floor. It is also easy to reach for a wheelchair user.

Frequently Asked Questions
A Cibes screw-driven lift moves up and down by rotating a nut on a vertical steel screw inside the shaft. The motorised nut attached to the platform travels along the screw, lifting and lowering the cabin at a controlled, smooth speed. There is limited use of hydraulic oil (auto lubricated screw), no counterweight, no traction cable, and no overhead machine room. The drive is self-locking, which means the platform cannot fall freely, even in the event of a power loss or motor failure.
Cibes lifts include a 6-layer safety protection system covering mechanical, electrical, and emergency conditions.
– Self-locking screw drive: the platform cannot free-fall, even in a power outage
– Automatic emergency braking: the lift stops immediately when an obstruction is detected
– Safety doors with electromagnetic locks: doors lock automatically during travel
– ARD emergency backup battery: moves the lift to the nearest landing during a power outage
– Emergency phone: connects directly to a 24-hour service line
– Safety edges (platform lifts) and safety light curtain (cabin lifts): detect obstructions and stop the lift instantly
Additional features include child lock controls, smooth-start and smooth-stop motion, and IoT remote diagnostics for early fault detection on our latest generation of lifts.
The smallest Cibes home lift footprint is approximately 1 square meter, suitable for a single passenger. Platform sizes scale up to large units that accommodate a passenger, a wheelchair, and an accompanying carer. Cibes offers up to 41 platform sizes across the V-series, so the lift can fit narrow stairwells, corner installations, duplex voids, and unusual floor plans. Cibes also has a larger A8000 Extra able to fit medical beds.
